Earth-20
Little is known of the history of Earth-20. It is known to have a neolithic age during which the being known as the Immortal Man was empowered. In many other timelines, the Immortal Man was a primitive human named Klarn Arg who was the sworn enemy of Vandal Adg (Vandal Savage). How much of the history is replicated in the Earth-20 timeline is not clear,
The actual time frame of reported casework on Earth-20 is also unclear. Either through style or technological variation, Earth-20 appears as Earth-One or Earth-Two appeared in the 1920's. Whether reported casework is set in a technologically advanced early 20th century or the 21st century in a 1920's style is not clear, though anecdotal reports factor the latter.
Documented casework is light prior to the invasion of Earth-20 by the parallel dimension of Earth-40. It is known that in 1912, Immortal Man was found living in a jungle and named Anthro before being returned to civilization. It is also know that a war involving Herr Hex and the Desert Crescent occured that led to the Doc Fate being inspired to form a "Society of Super-Heroes" including himself, the Blackhawks, The Immortal Man, Green Lantern and a teenager named the Mighty Atom. The world knew peace for three years before the invasion from Earth-40.
The invasion lasted at least 5 years, lead by Vandal Savage of Earth-40. The war was brutal with unknown weapons laying waste to whole armys and Earth-40 forces including legions of undead Zombies. The United States fell to Vandal Savage, forcing the retreat of Doc Fate and his comrades to Mexico. Savage's team gave pursuit but all were ultimate defeated - Blockbuster by the Atom, Doctor Faust by Doc Fate, Count Sinestro by Green Lantern, Lady Shiva by the Blackhawks and finally Vandal Savage, killed with a relic of the meteor that formed him by the Immortal Man. Savage's death activated an ancient artifact Niczhoutan, called the destroyer of worlds. How the Society of Super-Heroes defeated the artifact has not been revealed (Multiversity: Society of Super-Heroes #1).
It is presumed that Earth-20 survived as the Green Lantern of this world has become active across the multiverse as a member of Justice Incarnate (The Multiversity #2) and the Green Lanterns of the Multiverse (The Green Lantern #9-11).
The current fate of Earth-20 and the activities of other members of the Society of Super-Heroes are unknown.

Balance of Good and Evil
The balance of good and evil on Earth-20 appears to ultimately favor good in that sense that heroes win and wars end badly for evil forces. That said, there amount of evil present in the Earth-20 timeline may be higher than others due to the weakened barrier between Earth-20 and evil-intensive Earth-40 that allowed the latter to invade the Earth-20 timeline. With the war's evidence conclusion, the balance should shift back more to the good.
Abundance of Magic
Earth-20 appears to follow standard mathematically-based laws of physics and magic is not extremely common. It does exist, as evident by the powerful Doc Fate, tho whether other magic-wielders exist in this timeline has not been revealed. The war with Earth-40 introduced extensive magical forces into Earth-20's reality tho whether they remained at war's end is not clear. The Green Lantern of this world is more similar to Earth-One and Earth-0 Green Lanterns in which his ring is technology-based rather than magic.
Arrival of Heroes
Heroes such as the Immortal Man existed since Prehistoric Times though most of that history is unrecorded. While some confusion exists based on the stylistic appearance of Earth-20, it is generally believed that Doc Fate organized his team in the early 21st Century.
